A volume weft install is all in the details, here’s some top tips to help you with your installs: • measure your volume weft against your foundation and cut to size. Secure into place before stitching with plenty of clips. • use silicone lined beads for your foundation, and always match to the root colour. Drop down for density to ensure that you have enough hair all round to accommodate the weight of the weft. • tension is going to be your best friend, you want to get those stitches in high and tight. They should be sitting on top of your weft, and this will all be down to your hand movements, remember to secure your stitches by pulling up. • the cut can really make or break your install. Don’t be afraid to take the time to make sure everything blends by going in and layering, evening out the length and continuing to check the look as you cut.
