Over the last few months i have been doing my research on the two candidates for LA Mayor and Karen Bass stood out next to the others for MANY reasons. I reached out to my boy @samir4gtg who i know knew Karen and i had the opportunity to meet with Karen and discuss her plans for the city and how can i help and we both decided the first thing was to just put her in the room with the people that i felt were leaders in the community and let them hear from her and have an OPEN and HONEST CONVERSATION about LA. After the dinner @karenbassla left everyone with a piece of hope for a better RELATIONSHIP with politics and a with our politicians in this city! And not because she promised us the world but because she opened herself up to WORK TOGETHER and to INVOLVE US in redesigning this city for the better! I was never was big into politics but i was INSPIRED by Karen Bass’ story to use my influence and creativity and to collaborate with her to help our city and my community... And so Karen and I decided to collaborate on a campaign poster that highlights everything that she stands for! - Accountability - Justice - Public Safety - Pro-Choice - Solve Homelessness - Unify LA MAKE YOUR OWN CHOICES but whatever you do GET OUT AND VOTE TODAY!!! It’s the last day to vote for the major of LA and if we’re going to have something to say we gotta be involved in the process!
