I feel like pistachios are luxurious nuts. Like, people who can afford to eat pistachios as opposed to peanuts on a regular basis are living the good life. And if you can get them pre-shelled? Well, you’ve crossed over into heaven. I’ll consider this my first spooky season cocktail! Using a bit of green color and a beaker is an easy way to turn anything into a Halloween drink. EMPTY SHELL OF A GREEN MAN ▫️2 oz cachaça (or rum if preferred) ▫️2⁄3 oz pistachio syrup (@natures_flavors) ▫️1 oz unsweetened canned coconut milk ▫️1 oz lime juice ▫️2 dashes of orange bitters ▫️Forest Green food dye (@natures_flavors) Shake everything with ice and strain into a beaker with fresh ice shards. Garnish with dried citrus or lime and serve with a straw.
