Thank you @austin_monthly @tee_tobes for featuring @wolfandwheatatx and our ice cream program ᅠ♡ i’m so excited to come home after this incredibly inspiring trip and create desserts with the ingredients I love so much from my childhood. Throughout the last 16 years of cooking professionally I have drawn from my memories and was so inspired by them. And getting to reconnect this past trip with my hometown, my family and the food I grew up with has sent my mind on an intensely beautiful rabbit hole of inspiration.
