First time vanning it as a quintet! The van is snug...sleep...you can imagine...but the craic was 90 and they had a BALL! Opted for Kerry again as it always delivers, especially for smallies and we were BLESSED with this weather. Let’s hope it stays! Spots we loved below for anyone planning a trip to the kingdom! - @woodlandshotel in adare. Great way to break up the journey, grab a coffee at The Treehouse, fab food, a petting farm and an outdoor play area for the kids. - @ballyseedyplants @ballyseedycafes was another great stop off for a delicious lunch, a browse and an amazing kids play area outside. - The Maharees Beach is really buzzy with fantastic water sports. The girls were too small so we just got a pedal boat but there’s something there for all ages. - @salt_lab_ and @forgewoodfiredpizza was amazing for dinner after a day at the beach. We tried the pizza and seafood and both were unreal. - @murphysbarbrandon always on our list for a drink on the pier. Brandon is a little piece of heaven. - @sandy_feet_farm is the cutest little petting farm complete with cafe, the friendliest team, playground and sensory garden. - @sammysinch Inch beach is ideal for families with small kids as you can drive straight on to the beach and right up to the shoreline so there is less lugging and tugging. It was even better in the camper as we could eat and shower and change as soon as the girls had enough!! We had dinner in Sammy’s that evening which is a really cool set up on the beach, music, drinks, @murphysicecream, bean bags, good vibes! - @ashescoffeebar for breakfast and it was fab. Fresh bakes were delicious. - @westkerrytrek for some pony trekking with stunning views. Again ideal for the little ones but they cater for all ages and the horses were so good. And finally shout out to the Applegreen between Newcastle West and Adare that delivered on the 99’s on the way home when van life in this heat was just getting a little too much for everyone!! #bestdays #memoriesmade #summer22
