Yesterday @taikakwan was watching us train and asked if he could work out too. I gave him a little circuit to do thinking he was going to stop right after. He had so much fun he asked for 4 more and ended up working out for 30 minutes straight! 😂 I realized the majority of parenting is just leading by example. I never once told him to work out. He just does it naturally because he sees us having a good time while doing it. Way to go my little dude!!
