Chocolate Covered Strawberry Matcha Latte 🍫🍓✨ Such a great Valentine’s Day treat!! To make the cold foam, combine 2 tbsp heavy cream 1/4 cup milk 1 tbsp strawberry jam 1 crumbled freeze dried strawberry And optionally for color, a drop or 2 of red food coloring Using an electric frother, froth until you have a firm but still pourable foam. Add 1 tbsp of strawberry jam to prepared matcha and stir well. The hot matcha should melt the jam and help it incorporate. In a glass, pour Ghirardelli dark chocolate sauce onto the sides before adding ice and oat milk.
