Teams of 3, you're up! The road to #WZAMiami continues with the Team Online Challenge and Qualifier. Registration opens on Monday, July 18th, 2022, with multiple workouts released over 12 days! This year we're bringing back same-gender teams of 3 (MMM/FFF) to the competition floor. PLUS, teammates are not required to train together in order to participate.
