I love the print by @suethompsonart that I bought on a recent trip to @sawdustartfestival in Laguna Beach. Sue uses old photographs...mostly of people at the beach or at swimming pools...as inspiration to create her pieces. This one really jumped out at me because the head is cut off and Sue said “that’s how it was in the original photo”...I remember the days of going to pick up photos and seeing which ones were cut off, or had part of a finger in front of the lens or someone’s eyes were closed. I asked to buy the original of this one but it had already sold. I just love it!! (She also does commissions!)
