First and last @spartanrace in the books! 💪🏽 Jk. However this was a test of physical stamina and mental acuity that is not for the faint of heart (or mind). But I loved it. The way you show up in times of extreme physical and mental adversity, is indicative of how you will show up in day to day life. Although trekking up 30•+ inclines, scaling 6ft walls and dodging literal tornados is an extreme example of this, it still requires the mental fortitude to persevere. Want to give a huge shoutout to @zack_buckwald for convincing me to do my first #spartan.
