Keep watching....this happens to me often while Iโ€™m on a boat (catamaran, yacht etc.) So here are some remedies below I researched that may help prevent you from becoming seasick next time you are on vacation. Side note: I also believe my phobia contributed to this ๐Ÿ˜…. โ € ๐Ÿ’ŽTake an over the counter medication such as ( Dramamine) an hour or two prior. Please read medication labels prior to use for side effects. โ € ๐Ÿ’Ž Avoid consuming alcohol and caffeine prior/ while you are at sea. โ € ๐Ÿ’Ž Avoid certain sodas and replace it with apple juice. โ € ๐Ÿ’Ž Keep yourself hydrated by consuming plenty of water and electrolytes. โ € ๐Ÿ’Ž Try natural remedy herbs such as ginger and chamomile โ € ๐Ÿ’Ž Bring a light snack such as crackers, pretzels, apples, and any kind of starch to help control nausea. โ € ๐Ÿ’Ž Try natural remedy herbs such as ginger and chamomile โ € ๐Ÿ’Ž Get plenty of rest the day before you set sail. โ € Hope this helps :) โ € Also if you canโ€™t swim like me I think itโ€™s time we sign up for some swimming lessons๐Ÿ˜… And if you have a phobia just remember mind over matter ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพโค๏ธ (I was literally shook) โ €
