If only it were that simple🥲 Sometimes I still feel the need to explain myself and my mental health struggles to people who don’t fully understand it, but I’m realizing that at the end of the day, the people who care about me will always work to understand me and support me. Anxiety (and other mental health struggles) is a complicated thing. It’s not as easy as just ‘not thinking about it’, and that’s okay! There is nothing wrong with seeking the help you need.
