Tết Ất Tỵ 2025 with my loved ones 🐍🧧 Thịt kho trừng, giò thủ, chả giò, gỏi đu đủ, canh of tofu and rau dền. Alongside herbs, lettuce, dưa muối from the previous post and củ kiệu chua ngọt. Both turned out amazing. We also ate chả lụa and butter-fried bánh tét but I didn’t make these. Last picture is another lovely Tết dinner hosted by my friend. I contributed another giò thủ, this time with 5 spice, aswell as cần nước xào with dried shiitake, garlic and oyster sauce. I’m thankful for the bygone year and the new one ❤️
