Fun fact: I was a long time freelancer before getting into the Vietnamese coffee space and I used to spend a LOT of time working from coffee shops across the city and around the world. In 2016, I saw the rise in Vietnamese iced coffee being offered on more and more cafe menus, but I noticed there was still a lack of transparency and accreditation given to Vietnamese coffee farmers and the robusta bean.
