It was a great way to start the year with my first visit to @kolomannyc with @sebastiensilvestri . I always loved the cooking of @markusglocker but last night was exceptional , precise and creative deliciousness . . Markus is such a talented chef and he is always drawing inspiration from his homeland #austria with such good taste and class . And for the wine pairing @katja_scharnagl the wine director is a star and gathered some of the most interesting wine maker on her wine program . Koloman is really the place i look forward to come back in 2023 and his #souffléaufromage is the best in New York 🙌🙏❤️!!
