can AI generate a good recipe? I tried making a sugarless eggless pistachio rose cardamom tea cake using Claude AI and here are my thoughts 👇🏼 Claude did really well in generating the recipe for me with the substitutions from the eggs and sugar. It did also create the grocery list for me so when I went to Whole Foods I was able to get everything. The actual recipe ended up a bit too dry so I needed to use additional milk and yogurt to get it to the right consistency. The rose flavor was not apparent and it wasn’t very sweet - so I would need to add more of that and also make it a tad sweeter. The baking time was also wrong - it said to bake it for 40-50 min but at the 45 min mark, the batter was still raw in the inside but that’s not unusual for eggless cakes. I ended up having calls so I want able to check on it super frequently so I would do that when I remake it.
