We could go on about how yogurt deserves to be more than just the base of your morning granola. But one of our favorite ways to use up that tub of Greek yogurt is to make a bright and herby dressing for simple salads.
In a small bowl, combine a scoop of yogurt, with lemon juice, olive oil, and finely chopped herbs like dill or parsley. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
And save leftover dressing in the fridge. It will thicken and become the perfect dip for crudités.
