Perseverance pays... a lot! I cannot explain how I feel with this news!! On 2020 I started my company @ghersimgmt , it is not easy to get to the point where you materialize what you dream of. There have been long working days and many sleepless nights to make projects and campaigns successful. Having to make decisions with many people depending on you can be stressful and requires a great amount of work and patience.
