Always something new... We sent Sahib’s passport for renewal and we received a phone call from the passport office 2 days later. The agent on the phone was required to ask why Sahib didn’t have a “head covering” in his first passport picture but does now. He explained that he himself was Pakistani Muslim so he knew why but it was protocol to call and ask why. Obviously it was explained why he wears a patka now and why he didn’t before. But I was quite shocked that this was a thing! Im wondering will the same happen when he wears a turban? I don’t think it will as he is now seen in a patka in his pictures.
