Apparently there are red jalapeños, and I’d venture to say they are much spicier than green jalapeños. At first, I included muddled red jalapeño slices in this one, which was definitely a mistake. Yesterday was the first day I had to pull my puffy winter coat out of the closet to tolerate my drive to work. Could’ve used a few red jalapeños in my breakfast.
