@meganbolognafit changed my life. I remember while preparing for Miss Colorado USA last year being so nervous because I did not feel confident in my swimsuit. I was honored, yet so surprised to receive 1st Runner Up because I was not confident in myself. I knew I needed someone who was going to push me and help me gain the confidence I needed to represent my best self on stage in the swimsuit portion and Megan did that! The 7 months Megan and I worked together taught me so much about my body and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She gave me THE BEST meal plans, and some tough workouts but I was always excited to do more. I knew going into Miss USA I was going to be confident in swimsuit because we put in all the work for it. I appreciate Megan for helping me find a love for health and fitness and for being the best hype woman 🤍
