6 months OP from 330 lbs to 200lbs No matter what my weight was I’ve always loved to share happiness 🙏🏾🙌🏾🤍 I’m truly feel very proud of myself too see the results of the journey I choose to expand my lifespan on this earth. I didn’t have the willpower to do it on my own anymore, I need help , It hasn’t been easy journey but not impossible either. Im learning to get to know the new me mentally, physically , have a heathy determination and discipline, to keep a heathy lifestyle , It’s up to me to use the tool the correct way. To be here for me and my family.
