Day 5 !!! I always forget how much a smoothie eats for a snack 😍😍 I use a source of fiber (leafy greens), protein (chocolate @Truvani is my favorite), hydration (coconut water), fat (whole milk & sliced almonds on the top), antioxidants for a glow (blueberries) & carbohydrates (banana)
