JAZMINE FOR BREAKTHROUGH ARTIST / BEST DRESSED 🧡 It’s time to vote for this year’s @glamawards! I was not expecting this nominations but i’m truly happy with them. Last year i was still living in a small town in Portugal, without knowing a single person in the US so it’s a very full circle moment being here now and seeing what I accomplished this year. I worked in more than 50 different venues in New York, with producers from different circles and I met so many people that changed my perspective of what I do. I always believed in myself and that’s what made me leave my country with a wig and a dream lol to look for better opportunities. I was only 21 so moving by myself to another continent, to a place that I had never been before and without knowing anyone was so scary so I need to be proud of myself for this past year. I miss my family so much and breaks my hearth that I’m losing a lot of moments with them but the family that I have here now is so important for me and for what Jazmine is now. I’m so grateful for all your support this year. I got so many texts from people from all over the world, especially from Portugal, saying how much my journey inspired them to look and chase for their dreams. And that means the world!
