We’ve visited before but have actually never featured it on our page, and today is the day! LOUIE’S Nestled quietly on Henderson Ave since 1987, Louie’s is your classic neighborhood bar known for cold martinis and some of the best thin crust pizza in Dallas! It’s truly like Dallas’ own Cheers bar, with sports memorabilia covering the walls, pics of celeb visitors, and drawings. It’s small but mighty with a decent amount of bar seating and tables for bigger groups! Fun fact: it was once voted best place to cry into your beer in the 90s and has been featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Bars! DRINKS There’s no cocktail menu, so order your usual or ask the bartender to whip you up something! They’re known for their martinis so we opted for apple and an extra dirty last night! FOOD MENU Come for the martinis, stay for the pizza! Voted some of the best in Dallas, their Chicago-style pizza is so delicious and is all customized! Choose from a variety of veggies and toppings and pair it with a large salad and homemade Alfredo sauce dip for the table! They also have more options like pasta, burgers, meatballs, and even pork chops that we definitely want to try next time! The vibes are great and is cool to experience for a date night, casual group hangout, or to catch the game as there are tons of TVs!
