Pig Shots are the best BBQ Appetizer ever invented Recipe: -Slice the kielbasa into 1 inch slices. -Make a mini meat shot glass by wrapping a slice of thick cut bacon around the kielbasa, and securing it with a toothpick. -Make filling with whatever you want, but I used cream cheese, Colby jack cheese, and BBQ rub. -Stir it all together, then transfer to a plastic bag, cut the corner, and squirt it into each bacon cup.
