Thank you for everyone who came yesterday🧞 Setting sound before and after @lawrencelek and @kode9 talk @referencepoint180 , thanks for hosting me there and special thanks to @lawrencelek . For the before talk ambient part, i re-edited many my most favourite tracks and mixed in massive field recordings featured Beijing taxi meter sound, robot clock time sound etc. For the after I sampled voice over from @lawrencelek ‘s works, deconstructed the original context for those voice and rearranged them to be like random words jumping out ,synced with experimental electronic music, there were no more complete narrative here but all simple words you can relate to yourself experience. I wish people could feel like they were reading tarot results when they listening to my music. ( HH) I heard people said when they closing eyes and listening to the ambient set , can feel they were everywhere, then opened the eyes they know they were in the room. And a few people spoke to me to say they found out the tricks I used in the after music about how i sampled the voice over and how I used them to response to @lawrencelek works, at the moment i don’t have any words can describe how happy I was. How lucky I am can always meet those pure and lovely people who would really listen to my stuff?? 🖤 A very talkative post text but much love. 🦕
