The City released the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Human Services Grants Program (HSGP) to solicit applications for the FY 2023-27 HSGP funding cycle. HSGP programs aim to improve the welfare and quality of life of the City’s youth and families, people with disabilities, seniors, survivors of domestic violence, low-income households, and people experiencing homelessness. The City will provide a total of $8 million to selected nonprofits to address critical community needs and gaps in existing service systems. Eligible nonprofit organizations are invited to apply.
