Been trying to process and find the right thing to post and right words to say and mostly just be there for my brother Shane. As a manager we always gotta put the artist first. Saturday night’s show in vegas was a very hard an emotional tribute just days after the tragic loss. Although very hard, Murda rose to the occasion and put on an incredible and honorable performance and the Vegas crowd celebrated the life of Takeoff with us. So proud of Murda for that. Pipe It Up was the song that really took our careers to another level and was first of many commercial hits they had together. The song came with a dance craze “the Dab” that took the world by storm. What a moment! All I gotta say is this. The Migos are the biggest and most influential group in music, fashion, swag and lingo over the past decade. Without Takeoff there’s no Migos. Without Migos there’s no Murda Beatz. And without Murda Beatz there’s no Me. Thank you for all you’ve done for the culture. Thank you for all you’ve done for my brother Murda. And thank you for all you’ve done for me and my career. Such a special and unique soul. You changed the world and were just getting started. Most underrated artist period. Tragic loss. But through his music and the millions of lives he touched, he will live on forever. RIP Takeoff 🙏🏽💔🚀
