💶 On November 30, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, reported on the calculations regarding the financial losses caused by the Russian strikes on Ukraine. Also, Ursula von der Leyen suggested creating a specialized court with the support of the UN to investigate and prosecute crimes of Russian aggression. She emphasized that one of the possibilities for covering these funds is the use of frozen assets of the Russian Federation and Russian oligarchs from foreign banks, including those in Europe.
