World Mental Health Day event with @nikela + @undernewmgmt We got to build a photo moment install and work a very cute mindful activation for Nike HQ and it’s members. They were given the freedom to build their own bouquet of flowers where each color represented an emotion. 🥹 It was so sweet to watch people translate their personalities into sculptural pieces. Yay! Go team! 🪸 Thank you @nike for gifting us entire outfits! And to ALEX , C.E.O of all the @undernewmgmt baddies for always crushing these spectacular events and advocating for us to be showered in blessings 🫶 True story: I’ve worked in production and events for over a decade now and it’s an industry that has given me my start in wellness. I was desperately recovering from the long hours with yoga and meditation. So, having this full circle moment - of bridging both worlds - is something I am so grateful for today.
