Ahh, this is so very bitter sweet🥹 To my @liftsociety family, Tomorrow will be my last class as your instructor at Lift. I have learned SO much, met some of the nicest clients, and made some of my very best friends within these walls. I have grown stronger both physically and mentally as both a client, a student, and an instructor. I am forever indebted to @youlovedylan @dshanksta for bringing me onboard and giving me all the tools to succeed. You have become my family. This is not a goodbye, it’s a see ya later. I’ll be poppin in and out as a client, so I will prob be kicking your asses from the sidelines. And to my clients: don’t be a stranger! I will always love to connect, even outside of the classroom.
