Had an amazing culinary experience at @classactdining 🤩 . This 10-course dinner takes you on a journey through the evolution of food, from our hunter-gatherer era (1,000,000 BC) to modern times. Every dish is so well thought out and perfectly represents its era, thanks to @chef.nm ✨. The soundtrack of the night was all hip-hop through the decades, which was a nice touch! . I didn’t include all the dishes in my video cause I wanna leave an element of surprise for anyone planning to go 👀 . You can choose between a mocktail, cocktail, or wine pairing. I went with wine 🍷 (so good), but I was a little jealous of the mocktails, they looked amazing 😍 . After dinner, we hit the in-house speakeasy and I ordered a drink called “Manuscript,” which came with a side of bread and beef tallow 🤌🏽 .
