↓ some tips for your night routine ↓ ✧ try to start winding down at least an hour before you want to be in bed. One of the biggest mistakes I made when trying to find a night routine that worked for me was doing too much activity too close to my bedtime. This usually left me feeling wide awake when I should have been winding down. ✧ try to incorporate some elements of self-care to your every day night routine! I love doing this just because I use it as an opportunity to relax and connect with myself, that way I never reach a point where I’m feeling too burnt out or disconnected. ✧ for my fellow students, I love doing a little bit of studying before I start winding down!! I find that when I do a quick overview of some information at the end of the day, it tends to really stick well for me. ✧ start doing a 15 minute tidy! On some days, I’ll do 15 minutes, on others I do 30, and others maybe only five. But the idea is, before you go to bed, take some time and clean up your home.
