Can’t decide if it’s better on the rocks with the muddled jalapeño + pineapple mixed in — or straight up with a salted rim?! Which one is more your style? SASSY RITA {straight up} 2 oz Ritual Zero Proof (NA tequila alternative) @ritualzeroproof 4 oz Pineapple juice 2 Jalapeño slices (muddled) 4 Pineapple chunks (muddled) Muddle jalapeño + pineapple in a shaker. Add Pineapple Juice + NA Tequila alternative (we used Ritual). Shake with ice + strain into a martini glass or margarita glass (or whatever glass you like!).
