We conducted a survey earlier this year and the number one requested program was for fat loss. And our Get Lean program was huge success! We love seeing you guys tag us in your before and after pics! The second most requested is a beginner program! And this makes us happy because a lot of us who started training in the 90’s learned everything the wrong way. So we’re excited to share how to lift the right way through 40 years of combined lifting experience between @bartkwan and @jacob.w.ross. After almost a year in development, our next program “Get Started” is dropping next week 11/9/22! There’s gonna be a special offer so pay close attention for that!! 😉
