What does an Italian summer entail for you? For us it's made of long breakfasts that end with just one more espresso; of mornings spent "a mollo" - soaking for hours in the refreshing sea. Of fresh focaccia enjoyed on the beach at noon, along with a boat trip and a picnic on board. And of course, those days always end with an Aperitivo in Piazzetta. - Cosa significa per voi l'estate Italiana? Per noi è una colazione lentissima che finisce con un altro espresso, e poi un altro ancora. Una mattina passata "a mollo" nel mare rinfrescante, la focaccia del fornaio in spiaggia, una gita e un pic nic in barca.
