Hawaiian Punch Pulled Pork 🍍🐖 Recipe: -Start by scoring your Pork Butt on the fat cap side with a sharp knife. -Then submerge it in @Hawaiian Punch over night (I added ice to keep it cool). -Then season generously with a good BBQ rub (I used Honey Killer Bee by @Kosmo’s BBQ ). -Then put it on the smoker at 250F and insert your internal probe thermometer. -Every hour, spritz it with more Hawaiian Punch to keep it moist. -When the bark gets to where you want it, add some Pineapple rings to the top, put it in a foil tray, cover it, and put it back on the smoker. -Once the internal temperature hits 207F, remove it. -Put it in a sealed cooler to rest for at least an hour (Never skip this step!). -After letting it rest, pull out the bone and start shredding it. I shredded the Pineapple slices into it, and it was awesome. Feel free to dust it with a little more of the BBQ rub if you want. -Now enjoy all that delicious shredded Pork on anything from Tacos to Sandwiches! I used my Titan by @Arctic Zone & Titan cooler to submerge the Pork Butt in the Hawaiian Punch and the backpack cooler to let it rest after the cook.
