Thick & Fudgy High-Protein Chocolate Brownies 🍫 These brownies are a macro-friendly dessert with only 150 calories and 10g of protein per serving 👌. They’re: ✅ Super easy to make ✅ Gluten-free & dairy-free ✅ Made with simple, wholesome ingredients Check out the recipe from @miss_meatless_muscle below 👇 Ingredients • 1/3 cup Pride Foods Chocolate Brownie Rice N’ Grinds • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips • 1/2 cup plant milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.) • 1 tbsp cocoa powder • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce • 1 scoop Vedge Nutrition Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Protein • 1/4 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • 1 tbsp Pride Foods Salted Chocolate Almond Butter • Pinch of salt Instructions 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or spray a small baking dish. 2️⃣ In a small bowl, cook the cream of rice with 1 cup of water in the microwave for 3–5 minutes, until thickened. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. 3️⃣ Add the applesauce, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, plant milk, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth. 4️⃣ Pour the batter into your prepared dish.
