3 of 3 Davide (She/They) @davidechikm is probably the one talent I have had the privilege to witness since the start of their career. I shot their college thesis back when we were both living in Bogotá and have collaborated with them since fashion blogs were a thing and no other stylist was putting lipstick and heels on male models in popular fashion platforms in Colombia. We both ended up living here because we always knew the kind of future we wanted. I found more ideas and a new lifestyle in the city but they went further and found an immense territory to expand their references, to be free, to create, to dance and to live. Davide is a force that proves that this is an industry where only the people who work hard are the ones who deserve to stay and will stay, but at the same time, they are everything that’s fun, dramatic and colorful about this dream we call fashion. I thank @verdidesign especially for letting me do this Pride campaign with my friends. And to Esteban, Olivia and Davide for sharing their stories publicly for the first time. I do feel like we have gotten closer and I will keep that in my heart forever.
