Introspection 🍀 Last week in this paradise island was for me the moment when I can reconnect myself, reconnect my body with my soul, let my mind rest a bit ✨ It has been an incredible year in many ways and I’m very grateful. I’ve been dealing with my bad anxiety, the best as I can but... this year has also been really intense for my mental health. So I needed to take a break. Just Dancing in the nature, under the rain, enjoying my family, my dogs, 2 or 3 simple things 💕 Finding the right balance... 🌴 The mind-body-soul connection is a shortcut to the happiest, healthiest, most vibrant version of you. It can changes the way you feel and impact the way you show up every day. And now I’m ready to rock 2023. Please, take care of yourself, our demons are sometimes exhausting, but we will make it ! ♥️
