More impressive than these stunning-looking plates of food at Chef Himanshu Saini’s @tresindstudio was the concentration with which the chef used tweezers to place garnishes to make each dish look perfect, how he stood in line with the servers to present a course or two to every diner himself (mostly non-Indians on the night I was there), the enthusiasm with which he explained each item and the humility with which he accepted feedback...
