cookies dough bliss balls have one of these everyday without fault 🫠 ingredients: (makes roughly 8-10 balls) 1 and 1/4 cup oat flour, (can simply blend rolled oats until it forms a flour consistency) 1/2 cup natural smooth/runny peanut butter 4 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1/4 dark chocolate (I used dark chocolate by and cut it into really small chunks myself Extra chocolate for melting to drizzle (optional) Sea salt to top method: Place all ingredients (except chocolate) in a bowl and mix until all combined. Using your hands to mix allows for the mixture to combine evenly and holds together better. Once combined add chocolate and stir through. Roll into balls, place on a lined baking tray and set in fridge for 30 mins. Tip: If finding hard to shape the balls, wet your hands a little to make it easier to roll them into balls. Melt some dark chocolate and once silky and smooth drizzle over balls, sprinkle with sea salt. Let them set again and store in an airtight container in the fridge !
