Our administration is charting a course for a truly equitable recovery uplifting all of us, from building top-flight schools and empowering our immigrant neighbors to reviving our tourism sector and supporting our small businesses. We are fully prepared to hit the ground running. Manny Castro is our new commissioner of the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs, a DREAMer and the first Mexican-American to serve in this leadership role. Kevin Kim is our new commissioner of New York City Small Business Services, the first Korean-American to lead this agency. We are looking forward to the continued service of Nina Kubota as president and CEO of New York City School Construction Authority, and Fred Dixon as president and CEO of NYC & Company.
