Hyrox Manchester 2024 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏽💥 ⏱️ 1hr 12 ✅ 9th out of 119 in age group ☑️ 38th out of 610 overall My first time doing a solo Hyrox and wow was it a shock to the system 😅 I’m not one who likes to mention about what time I am aiming for running up to the race, but I did have that 1hr 10 in the back of my mind that I wish I did hit and a little bit gutted I didn’t, but nevertheless I am proud of the work that was put in and the time I got!! Now we get back to work to improve 💪🏽🚀 Be better than you were yesterday 💫
