You can take this Crispy Chicken Wing recipe to the bank! Recipe: -Put your Chicken Wings in a ziplock bag. -Add some Olive Oil and shake it up to get them all covered. -Add a good Chicken Rub (I used Bird by Weathersbeef BBQ and I highly recommend it.) and shake it up again. -Throw it in your fridge for at least 2 hours. -Get your grill, smoker, oven, or easy bake oven somewhere between 400F and 450F (My @zgrills pellet grill goes up to “high” and it fluctuates within in that temp window). -Put your Chicken Wings in and let them cook for 40 minutes. -When they look nice and crispy (look for a slight char on some of the edges) take them off and toss them in a delicious sauce! (I used Asian Zing by @buffalowildwings this time.) -Now enjoy. And don’t forget to share this recipe with someone else that also loves Crispy Chicken Wings!
