Random Food Review 6 The item : Buc-ees Beaver Nuggets The Review : Wherever you live in America, there is prob a gas station that is heads and shoulders above the rest. In the Northeast, it’s a war between WAWA and Sheets. LOVES in OK and KS. the Midwest cherishes Kelleys Market. And out west, no idea. Just get me by a In-and-Out burger before the line is an hour long. But in the south, there is the crown jewel of them all! Buc-ees. They have everything at Bucees. Gas, Hot Sandwiches, a bakery, baller bathrooms, and there is always someone (regardless of what state youre in) wearing a freaking “Roll Tide” hat. For all of you not in the south (or Texas)... Imagine a mall designed by Larry The Cable Guy, that’s a Buc-ees. For so long, people have said to me “you have to try the Beaver Nuggets.” And I never wanted to. I didn’t want to conform just bc everyone else was doing it, It’s probably the same reason you didn’t watch Game of Thrones, eat Tide Pods, or make planking videos. HYPE can actually kill a good thing. Because regardless of how good anything is, if it doesn’t meet the HYPE, its considered a failure. Some of the most over hyped/ overrated things of my lifetime are... 1. New Years Eve – even a pretty good one is still disappointing. It never actually meets the expectations set on it. If im wearing a plastic top hat and blowing into a party blower, this night better freaking rock. Mostly, it doesn’t. 2. The Beach - stop already. Its hot. Its sweaty. Its sandy. you get sunburnt. And if youre like me, youre back hurts after a couple hours, because you’ve been sucking your gut in really hard the entire day. 3. Radiohead –Coldplay is better than you. Youre weird. Lets not confuse weird for cool. And shut up and play “Creep” already. Honorable mentions : Nutella, Music Festivals, The BIG BANG THEORY, and The Super Bowl So I ate one single nugget. It was fine. another. Ok. Pretty good. After my 3rd one...Pringles got nothing on a Beavernugget. I could have eaten the whole bag.
