⚠️The Russians have been forcibly deporting Ukrainians, including children, to territories controlled by the Russian Federation. According to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, more than 12,000 Ukrainian children have been deported from the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories to Russia, and the real numbers may be more. According to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, 1948, “forcibly transferring children of the group to another group” is genocide, and we hope this post will help to spread the awareness about one of the most flagrant Russia’s war crime against Ukrainians.
