A small sampling of my #Baecation to Vancouver last week with @xo_nas 😍📍 This was my first time out in beautiful British Columbia and honestly my first time travelling on a plane since before the pandemic began 🤯 What did I learn? 🤔 I personally had a lot of anxiety around something as simple and fundamental as travelling due to what’s going on in the world. Even a simple trip across the country provoked some nervousness within me 😅 But I’ve learned that the real world is bigger than the world we create in our heads. And the truth is bigger than what the media and others perpetuate. 👀 Since the pandemic started, I’ve been “waiting” for it to “end” so life can go back to “normal” - sound familiar? 🤪 I don’t know if that day will ever come. But I’m done waiting. The only person getting cheated out of life by doing so, is me. And you too, if you fall victim to this same mentality I’ve had ❤️‍🩹 This is my story - some of us have “woken up” earlier, and some have yet to. I hope you reading this can respect my journey in dealing with this very bizarre time we’re living in 😷 This has me thinking about where I want to go next.
