I’ve been NOMINATED! In case you didn’t know, I was nominated as a Champion for this year’s Champion of the Year Campaign in LA! I am working with my amazing Mission Partner, Casey Mezin, in a friendly competition against 15 other Champions throughout LA & OC to see who will be crowned the ultimate Champion the Year for Best Buddies California on October 27th. Best Buddies is a nonprofit that creates friendship, job, leadership, and living opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This organization means so much to me because it was the first disability advocacy organization I joined! You can help me and Casey take home the title by 1) donating to our campaign 2) purchasing a Gala ticket 3) helping us secure auction items.
